My 13 yo is being accused of exposing privates to another child. Accusations are now being investigated. My son says he did not do this and has never acted in this manor. Accuser on the other hand has had numerous inappropriate sexual contact with many children including siblings(parents have been notified fail to do anything to change the behavior). Accusers siblings have also had acts of inappropriate contact as well. What can we expect of this process? I'm scared he will go to detention or be taken from us. Can he be charged with an actual crime if so what crime? We live in Virginia

You need to consult with an attorney.

How do you personally know the accuser has had numerous inappropriate sexual contact with many children? And that the parents were notified? And that the parents are refusing to do anything about it? And that the accuser's siblings are also having inappropriate contact with children?

And if you're able to show that all of the above is fact (i.e., you've seen it with your own eyes, and the accuser's parents have confirmed directly to you personally that they aren't going to do anything about it), why haven't the police been called? Why are you and every other parent who knows this to be true and factual just sitting back and allowing "many" children to be molested on "numerous" occasions?

Finally, how old is the accuser?
