My daughter works for a car dealership in Texas. The General Manager has been harassing her of at least six month. She recently separated from her husband and the harassment has increased. He is getting more explicit with his proposals. Confronting him or going to the owners is not an option. She is supporting three children and can not afford to loose her job. This is very large company and she would be black balled from other jobs. We know this is not allowed, but it still happens. Can she sue and if so, for how much and how long would it take (approximately) to settle? We are not the type of people that sue for everything, in fact we have never sued anybody before, but I don't feel we have any other option.

I would appreciate your advice.

Thank you,

C. Niblett
