florida: my now estranged husband who worked in the same co as me had an affair with one of my subordinate employees. when i complained, hr said they could do nothing since it was all "hearsay"...that was 9 months ago. in may, she, my employee, his girlfriend, went to hr and complained that i was spreading rumors about her, resulting in me being suspended pending investigation, i was terminated 3 days later for "job performance issues", which is what i was not suspended for, what can i do? it goes into much more detail including a domestic violence injunction against her, can any one help???!!!
