Claims with the EEOC can take up to over a year as the EEOC is swamped and not enough investigators. Call yourself and find out where your claim stands.

What, records did you allegedly falsify, in other words what are some of the details for the reason you where fired, that can help people to give you better advise.

Falsifying

My chef came to me and handed me a paper with a list of courses to ring up,he told me there were 8 people coming in for dinner in a couple of hours, i rang the food up and my restaurant manager gave me a list of wines to ring up and i did.
At the end of the night i gave my supervisor the check to close because it was a house account, the next day i was suspended and was told that only 7 people showed up and they did not drink all the wine,so i was falsifying company recourds.

So what was their response when you told them that the chef had told you that eight people were coming for dinner, but only seven came? Couldn't you have reviewed the paper with the list of courses to ring up?

Falsifying

I did and they told me it was my fault, because i could have changed the bill to seven people and i didn't,by the way the they said the customer sent an email the next day and complained about his bill,he didn't even pay the bill because he was a sales person that worked for the resort.
I still have the list from the chef and gave it to the EEOC.
