new york. I was recently fired because I did not give in to my bosses who were always hinting that I should have sex with them. I was abused when I did not recipracate and I did get advice from an attorney friend who told me to go to one of the partners and ask that the abusive behavior stop. It did briefly but it started again by the partner who constantly starred at my chest, made derogarory remarks like "You just don't want to do it!" and repeatedly sought my attention including waiting for me outside the building.

I filed with the NY Dept. of Human Rights right after I was fired and contacted the last secretary who was also going to file. She was fired for having to bury her mother. She also was sexually harassed and abused mentally and verbally by all 3 attornies.

Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

Are you refering to the attnys the rep. the woman who used to work there?

What is going on with your case? Have you filed with the EEOC?
