What is the name of your state?New Hampshire

A former employee has phoned an ethics and compliance line and complained I made sexual comments in front of her. She gives no specifics just that I made them...My employer is not taking these accusations seriously because the employee was terminated and was not a very good employee. I want to sue her for libel and deformation of my character.

In what way is she responsible for your "deformation"?
