What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? crime happened in Arizona, currently live in texas. Boyfriend was molested by a childhood friends dad. Can charges still be filed, and do they have to be filed in Arizona? We currently live in Texas and he's 23 now, but this happened when he was in 7th grade, I think.
