I recently was shopping in a HomeDepot and was treated quite shabbily by the manager over a purchase. I would like to file a formal complaint against this store. How do i go about doing this ?

Angry!!!!

First, this post doesn't belong on this board.

Secondly, you can write a complaint letter to the main office or any other place in the store system that you can find information on for customer service/complaint dept.

Thirdly, if it is only a customer service and not a monetary problem then you can't go to Better Business Bureau (BBB) with it. You can see if BBB will accept that type of complaint, etc.

Ok, I reread your post and am editing:

Go right to the top at the main office about this manager via writing and follow up.
