ok, i couldnt find a site that shows a list of all of them, you'll have to choose what state or states you want to know about and go through a search engine to find out.

NC uses both parent's incomes to determine child support. They also factor in daycare expenses, health insurance premiums for the child and any viable extraordinary expenses.

PA. uses both incomes, as well as childcare, health insurance and in some cases bonuses given by the place of work.

If you are speaking about the PARENTS of the child it goes by BOTH of their incomes in every state I've ever heard... If you're speaking of a spouse to a parent of the child...a spouse's income is not used in determining child support.
