shared drive way

I live in toledo ohio. There are alot off shared driveways here, that go to our garages. Mine and theres. Here is the problem. They don't have a garage anymore. They had to take it down before i moved in. They have a wooden fence going from the side of the house to my garage. So if i have to work on my garage, i have to go threw there fence. So the real problem is they park there cars in the driveway. Every time i want to get out i have to honk the horn. I can't stand it any more. I have been late for work. Anyway, when we bought the house the old paper work from 1922 said. No car shall block the driveway. The driveway is to get to your garage only. I think they lost that right by taking down there garage, and putting a fence up. I kinda got into it with her daugther and friends for leaving cars in the driveway. blocking me in. She yelled at me and said this our drive way too. And said, do what ever you think you can do. Is there anything i can do besides have the cars towed and take them to court to get my money back for the tow. This is what the police said when i called them. Thanks bob.

Why would you pay for the tow? Let them pay if they want their car back. Send them a letter, CRRR, that they are not allowed to park in the driveway. Any parking must be on their own property. Then tow away!
