What are the current laws or where can I find the current laws on shipping sex toys / novelties? I know each state is different. Some states restrict entirely, others restrict certain zip codes. Currently there are a few states that ban sex toys being sold in the state entirely, However at this time no state restricts sex toys being bought on the internet and shipped to the person who bought it.
