shopping roll cart from warehouse fell over … i had surgury broke my tibia bone right below knee still off work
You probably want to contact them and request to fill out an accident report.
4) Was this a personal purchase or a business purchase?
If your injury occurred on warehouse property, you should have and still should fill out an accident report with the manager of the warehouse.

If you were purchasing the cases of water for your workplace as part of your workplace duties when your accident happened, you should have and still should file a worker’s compensation claim with your employer.

However, if you loaded the cases of water on the cart yourself and you were the one who pushed the cart to the parking lot, and the cart was not defective to begin with, you would most likely be held solely responsible for your injury.

I hope your medical insurance covers the majority of the medical expenses you incurred in putting your leg back together and that you have a full and speedy recovery.
