I was in a bar in south carolina just after closing time. A person who was thrown out earlier in the night came back with a shotgun and fired through the doors. He has not been caught yet, but my legs are scarred from glass. Do I have a case against the bar because it happened there? (Negligence or otherwise?)

Yes contact the bar owner and have their insurance company pay for your hospital or doctor bill.

And unless you can prove permenant damage to your legs,(not just cosmetic damage) you wont get much over that.

Too bad you aren't a leg model, this could be worth LOTS OF $$$$ since you would have lost a lot of income by having your legs scarred!

...PS...strippers dont count!
