What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

O K here is the situation. i was in court on the 16th due to visitation. an due to other conditions ordered visitation to 2 days a week between 1:15 and 4:15 at my daughters mothers home and one day on the weekend from noon till 5pm where i would take her with me for the time. i was objecting cos i really do not need my daughters mother accusing me of doing stuff to her property during these visits in the house. so what i remember is the judge saying after that it would be one day during the week and the day during the weekend. but she thinks he still made it for 2 days. i have still yet to get a copy of the court order in the mail and am planing to go to the court to see if i can get a copy of it to settle the dispute. but i have not felt i should decide the two days during the week if i really do remember it being one day during the week and told her until i get the paper or see the paper stating it is 2 days a week.

now here comes the problem on the second week she is deciding to blatantly go against the order and did not allow me the ordered time this past weekend. she had known for over a week that i was going to be there to pick her up and she said to me cos she did not get a copy of the court order she will just claim she did not remember about anything on the weekend and in the next breath said that the hours were not said as long as it was 5 hours. an i do know what it is all stemming from. it is all cos i had sent a message to the father of her other daughter and did not feel it was her business to know. well honestly i felt if she knew she would have been more pissed cos it was due to my ex's temper and how i have witnessed my ex start yelling and actually smack her older daughter just for things like taking to long to eat. so even thought it is sad it took me so long to look at it as being so bad i even finally realized a bit ago that what if my daughter is next to get smacked.

o k so my questions are should i stick with one day a week till i see the order or go to 2 before i see it? and does anyone think she would get away with saying that she did not remember it being ordered for the one day on the weekend??

Were both of you in the courtroom when the Judge stated the orders ?

If so, and it's in an order , she will have a hard time trying to get one over on the court .

If she won't let you have the child until the court orders arrive in the mail , how is it you intent to get 2 days a week .

If she lets you have 2 days take it , even if it's ordered one day .

If she continues denying the court ordered visits , show her the certified copy you obtain .

Be aware it could take up to 30 days for the order to be signed and entered into records .

Try using proper grammer and spelling .

Yes we were both in the courtroom when the order was passed.

sorry about the grammar and and typos it all revolves down to being bad at both (i do use spellchecker a lot).

To taking the 2 days a week it is going to be tough enough right now due to not finances. It is so bad i will end up bicycling whenever it is not raining or snowing so i will have gas money for when it is raining or snowing on days i agreed to be there(part of me wondering if the judge will think i am insane for it). But since i have been out of work about 6 months now unemployment has ran out. (hoping to get an extension) and i have no idea when i will find work.

one last thing i forgot to add before we have another court date on the 6th of January and it is me trying to bring down child support. does anyone know the chances of these issues being heard while we are there if i ask for them to be addressed?
