What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ
I signed a contract to do some computer works in Phoenix, AZ. The company is based in Denver, CO. The communication was done over email and phone. They promised that there would be a lot of work for me but since I started I only had about 25 hours of work for a whole month of Oct/09 and nothing up to now. There's still some works but they give to other contractor instead... It's been about 2 months since I've done the work for them and they have not paid me yet, it's about $1000. They keep making excuses and promised to pay but they have not done so. Now they're ignoring my emails and phone calls. what sould I do? I live in AZ and they're in CO. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks
