What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

Hello all. I received the short form. Read that it will be read by a computer once SS receives it back from me. SS instructions say to include any info ( letter, etc ) I may find pertinent to my review.

However, I also read that, as stated above, short form is read by a computer, not a human. If I include a Dr's letter, wont that make my short form be handled by a human which is what I dont want?
