Titled:
Sold a PS3 on Ebay - Buyer states doesn't work demanding money back or will sue...

QUESTION:
I haven't heard from the individual threatening a lawsuit since the 6th of December. I was the last to email him stressing that there will be no refunds, and offering an exchange again etc. Should I do any kind of follow up email or just hope he is dropping the issue. I am wanting to email him and get some kind of closure from him or a definante on the possibility of my having to do the exchange. My husband doesn't want us to email any further...he feels we have made him a final offer and have made final statements that he is choosing to ignore. My husband seems to think if I send him another email it might spure him further with threats etc. I was curious what anyone else thought?? I hate the unknown, of not knowing what the guy might be up to.
