What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Alberta, Canada

I have a quick question. I have 2 small debts that I forgot about dating back to July 2002 and they're in the amounts of $110 and $109 each respectively; so only $220 altogether. I have checked my credit reports and as of now, there is no indication of the open accounts from them (NCO-FINANCIAL). Now, I am willing to pay the accounts off as I honestly forgot about them due to no correspondence whatsoever after original letter(I know - I should have paid the dues then!!!) The question is: If I do make a payment on the accounts, would the activity be reported on my credit report even if it wasn't on the report originally? I wouldn't want to touch my credit report the way it is now...almost clean.... and this....

Thanks in advance for any help!

Don't get your knickers in a knot because the rules here say US Law only. WE are in the US, WE do NOT know what Canadian laws are and US laws certainly do NOT apply in Canada. We're not being prejudicial here, its purely based on the difference in the laws !!

There is no one that I know of on CreditInfoCenter.com (your link) that knows Canadian law either. I'm a moderator there, so I know the 'regulars' who might answer your questions. They don't know Canadian law either and anything anyone tells you that refers to US law will NOT apply to you !
