What is the name of your state? New York

Must the specimen showing the mark that I need to attach to my application show exactly the same mark? Or can it be a mere semblance of the mark?

Thanks!

I'm not really sure what you mean here.

What I meant was that the mark I am applying for has intricate design and I need to attach a specimen to my application. My problem is that the specimen that I will be submitting matches the trademark I am applying for BUT does not have that much intricate design.

Hence, does submitting a not-so-exact specimen greatly affect my trademark application?

Thanks.
