Whoever coined the phrase, "Sober as a judge," had never been to a judges' conference.

**A: what the heck is a wreakless op? I have heard of a weakless weakling and a ducky duckling, but not a wreakless op.

Definitions of wreak on the Web:

bring: cause to happen or to occur as a consequence; "I cannot work a miracle"; "wreak havoc"; "bring comments"; "play a joke"; "The rain brought relief to the drought-stricken area"
www.cogsci.princeton.edu/cgi-bin/webwn

Thus, a wreakless op would be an op who is unable to wreak or vice-versa if the alternative is true.
