What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia The company I work for has lost the contract with it's customer and shutting down. Union states they have to do an effects bargainning? Exactly what is that and how long before they have to file, to do that. Also, if the layoff agreement is followed do they have to bargain? Thanks for your help.
