my husband has 2 younger sibling which he would like to have live with us. I totally support his decision but he is somewhat reluctant becaause they are currently living with an aunt who gain custody of them some years ago from the mother in the state of mississippi. He now is able to take responsibility for them and provide for them. Neither his sibling nor him were ever raise by their mother or father. His aunt is now on drugs and no longer provide for them with the best of her abilities. She doesnt keep them clothe properly, she makes them stay at home from school to tend other small children in the home, she doesn't help maintain their basic needs. I woulf like to know what are hislegal rights concerning his brother and sister? someon please help

Success at a change in custody depends on a) why he lost them in the first place and b) if you can prove the drug or neglect abuse of the aunt.
