What is the name of your state? FL

Hi,

My boss, a manager, told a fellow co-worker who is resigning that she still has sick time in her "balance". She told her she should take it or lose it and then told her which days would be best for her to "call in sick."

I don't suspect this is illegal in any way, but rather a decent breach of ethics. What do you think?

Thanks!

PS: One of those days is my regulary scheduled day off. I would have to go in an cover this person on that day. Figures.
