You need to identify your state. The impact of disclaimers is very much a state-by-state thing in the US, but in nearly all cases, you can disclaim fraud or gross negligence no matter what form your contract takes. Your document link doesn't work but we can't really interpret those for you. You're best advised to have a lawyer and realize that no disclaimer can PREVENT lawsuits.

No we can not. This site is for US law only.

I can not push DOWNLOAD on that site because it is full of malware. Please take your off-topic bug ridden spam elsewhere. Your post has been reported before some unsuspecting person follows your suggestion and ruins their computer.

Disclaimers can work to mitigate damages awarded in a lawsuit. They do not prevent lawsuits.

We require the name of your state as the laws and their interpretations vary from state to state, often in significant ways.

In addition, we do not personally review contracts and offer legal opinions on the terms of contracts. That is considered the practice of law and goes beyond the scope of this forum.

If you need assistance drafting contracts between your US business and European clients (or US clients and your European business), you will want to sit down with an attorney in your area for this assistance.
