I just received my year end Shareholder statement of my Simple Ira. In the Current Tax Year Contributions column no monies have been applied even though payroll stubs show deductions in the Ira Deduction column.

Aren't the deductions supposed to be applied within 30 days at the latest? Is there any recourse needed

If they aren't applied for a whole year (as has happened) and then applied sometime this year, can I get any of the interest and/or monies not realized in the IRA back?

p.s. This is the 2nd time it has happened in three years!
