My husband and a coworker have been charged and found guilty of sexual harrassment, targeting city council, and insubordination. Their peers spoke out saying the accusations were false. The charge came from a disgruntled employee about to be fired. They were given 6 weeks without pay which was lowered to 15 days. In the meantime, this has been in the news and has ruined their careers and brought doubt to their credibility as law officials. My husband is afraid to do anything as we need our insurance. I have a chronic disease and my meds are very expensive. I feel he would have given in long ago except for this fact. They are innocent and this is a witch hunt. What can we do to clear their names which is now the main concern?

An attorney for the town did their investigation and interviews and came to this conclusion. No court. His attorney thought he may have a case but it would cost 25,000 dollars to find out. We don't have that kind of money. Today another article was published accusing him of falsifying time and sexual statements. He has alot of time on the books and was told he had to take it or lose it.
