Last month my two sisters and I were driving home. We got pulled over for the tint on her windows being to dark. The cop serched her car and found a roach in the ashtray. She was arrested and charged with possesion under an ounce. She saw an attorney and he told her she would lose her driv. lic.for 6 months and mabey do jail time. This is her first drug charge and she is trying to get a government job. She has been arrested two times in the past for stealing.Is there any way she can get all this off her record? Please help us.
