Sister Divorce

My sister just finalized her and ex's divorce ,they have a 11 yr.old daughter joint custody,well the daughter will not go with her Mother for her visitation,it's sooo Sad the Dad has told the daughter just awful things that was untrue about her mom has told her she don't have to go with her mom,my sister just bought a house and wants her daughter to come for her visitations,the dad lets there daughter home alone or if he's home has people in and out ,the daughter calls her mom at least 5 times a day,she tells her she'll come and get her But she always has an Excuse and WILLNOT go with her, 100% of the time she's so worried about the wear abouts of her Dad .I feel so sorry for her and My sister ,she feels her parental RIGHTS have been taking away.Is there any ADVISE out there we need help!!!we live in Wisconsin.Thank you PLEASE HOW CAN MY SISTER SEE & GET HER DAUGHTER????

Your sister needs to haul his butt back into court for impeding visitation and let him tell it to the judge!
