I let my sister move in with me until she gets back on her feet and she's been kicked out of everywhere else. My rental says that close family is ok. The problem is her babies father.

Before she moved in she agreed to the rules that were set. He couldn't stay the night, he couldn't be here after 10, and he wasn't to be here when I wasn't here. I don't trust him.

Well, since then she's broken every rule I gave.

I have tried to make her leave and she won't go. I have locked to door with a chain lock and she just takes it off. She paid me 50 dollars to stay here and the rent is 400. She is on food stamps and thinks that since she gets the food for here she has fair right to be here.

I told her last night that she needed to find a new place to go today. She hasn't and still refuses to get out.

I am being evicted because she won't follow the rules. Her boyfriend is a drug dealer and digs in the garbage. I have told her repeatedly that he doesn't need to be here, but she won't listen. Is there anything legal that I can do?

Get a restraining order on them both, and then have the police escort them with their stuff out of your place...

Or call the police on the boyfriend if you see him with drugs on him...do it today, hopefully the police will arrest him.

It maybe the only way the landlord will stop the eviction...

OR.... Find a new place to live fast, and let this be a lesson to you

REDNECKS ARE ALL ALIKE, bums are always bums, and if your sister is a LOSER well let her be with a LOSER

Next time you want to help someone like this....THEN take them to a MENTAL HOSPITAL and try and get them admitted...that is the help your sister needs really really baddddddd!

repurcusion issue

Tonight I told her boyfriend to leave and she left with him. She is coming back tomorrow to get her things and asked if she would need to law out here to get them. I am going to have aunt here (we're step sisters) to make sure it all goes well.

What legal action can she take against me for booting her out, if any? I told her that he couldn't be here all the time and I gave her fair warning about it too. There were witnesses of the warnings.

I called her aunt and her grandma to let thme know the truth about what happened. I just need to know if I did the right thing legally? Also, if she goes to the police about it, is there anything that could be done to me?

Tomorrow I am calling CPS about her neglet of the child and fraudulently getting food stamps. She's been living in houses all throughout the county for the past 3 months and supporting them all with food. Am I doing the right thing here? I am just scared that she's going to find some way to get back at me and make me pay big time...

YOU have to Face it , your sister is a CRIMINAL, and only Jail might work to change her.

Call children services and maybe you or your aunt can get temporary custody, and she wil have to petition the court for visitation rights and will really have to straighten her life if she ever wants to get her kids back..

I am a firm beliver children MUST come first, NOT the parents!
