My sister made an illegal u-turn and hit another driver. She has no insurance. She was cited at the scene. The accident occured in Illinois, and she has had her license suspended before by the state of Tennessee. What sort of trouble is she facing? If she is being sued by this driver, can they find out that she is being sued for hitting someone else in an earlier accident and use that against her? Crazy I know, but I really need to find out for her.
