What is the name of your state? New Jersey
I posted a thread a few days ago that has not been responded to by anyone. I am so sickened by what is going on and need to know that there is some justice in the world left. Can ANYONE with any knowledge please tell me that there is?
Thank you..........

Yes, sometimes there is justice in this world. Whether it occurs in your case or not would require you to post to your existing thread and not to start another.

Thank you..........
You're welcome.

I haven't read your thread, but if a person gives another person a POA, then the person with the POA can do anything that the person giving it could do.

Add..... within the conditional limits set in the POA, if any.

Call the adult protective services in your town and report this right away.
violas, had you read Dorothy's other threads prior to posting to this one, you would have learned that the POAs are going to answer to the court. This is already way beyond calling adult protective services. Therefore, calling APS is not necessary in this instance.

Thanks Blondie. I'm new here and I don't understand why each person has different threads for the exact same situation. Why not just have one thread on the same subject?

Each person's situation is different.

He asked someone to post that had knowledge. That would rule you out.

violas, as stated by SJ, each person's situation is different. If new posters would take a little time and use the search feature, some would find that their question has already been answered. There used to be at the top of each page "Your Question May Have Already Been Answered" with directives to use the search feature. I'm particulary tired of the repetitiveness of "how can I obtain a copy of a deceased person's will" and "am I "responsible for a deceased person's debts" and the questions about "spending down" a person's assests/transferring property so that a person will/can be eligible for Medicaid (spending down is fraud and a crime) so I don't usually reply to those anymore. Repetitiveness is one reason for one not getting a response.

This thread was one of three posted by Dorothy. Since her situation was already in court process as she stated on the first thread, there really was no need to respond. I responded after she posted her third thread. It's a good idea to check the poster's history prior to replying. Some posters do start threads in multiple sections which also is not necessary. Some new posters post their situation to someone else's thread and that is hijacking the original poster's thread which is rude. Lastly, please do not respond to a thread if you do not know the answer. "Guessing" is inappropriate and will get you "hammered" when you are wrong.

And another worthless post by 'RuTurd'. :D
It was not only worthless, RuTurd can't even get his pronouns correct. The OP is a she not a he.

It's funny how RuTurd hasn't been around since Rmet "aired" his info and then when he returned, his first reply was to one of your's JETX. He must really, really have some special affection for you.
