What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

My sister recently passed away. She had no spouse, no children and I am the eldest of three surviving half-brothers.

Complicating matters: She was a former resident of Austin, TX and owned property there. She was living as an expatriate near Guadalajara, Mexico. We have her death certificate and what we believe to be her personal effects (papers, personal computer, etc.)

We have not yet found a will or anything she may have left regarding her wishes. She may have died in testate.

Her personal computer is password protected. There may be information on the computer which would lead us to her will or last wishes.

How should I proceed? At this point, all I have is a death certificate.
