size harassment

i am only 5 feet tall, a very short man. my manager has begun to call me names, such as midget. he laughs and makes jokes in front of all the other employees. i am angry now. is this harassment? do i have a lawsuit?

This is unprofessional, bad management, and rude, but it is not illegal.

Yes, it's not illegal. But if there is somebody else in management you can complain to about this (HR? your boss's boss?) then you should consider doing that. What your boss is doing is incredibly rude.

You might first consider telling your boss privately you'd like him to knock it off. Some people are so insensitive it never occurs to them the object of their ridicule might be offended.
