What is the name of your state? NH

A family member has had multiple spots removed within the last year from skin cancer. The surgeon who removed several large areas recommended a follow-up dermotologist. After visiting this Dr., he dismissed several spots as "non-issues". My family member wasn't happy with that and found a 2nd Dr. who listened to the concerns and took biopsies'. Those came back positive as more cancer.

Dr. A said - no worries
Dr. B said - OK, took biopsies and needed action

Should my family member seek follow-up, damages, etc... Dr. A is OLD and probably is putting others in jeopardy with misdiagnosis of others too.

What are people's thoughts??
