What is the name of your state? ny

First time Aggravate DUI because of the bac
No jail time but probation.

But this state is crazy and I am considering skipping

Just wondering what really will happen other then I know the obvious

I wont get a license
I doubt they will will send me back

My plan is to wait a few years without getting in any trouble and then get a lawyer to settle out of state. If I have a good job and a good record that should work for me I think.

Its easy to say stay but you don't understand my position and it is not possible for me.

If you abscond, they will potentially revoke your probation. If you ever do get back to the state you can be jailed.

They will almost certainly issue a warrant for your arrest. This can come back to bite you even if you don't apply for a license. This board is full of people arrested and detained on out of state warrants even if the other state isn't going to extradite.

Why don't you go to your probation officer and tell them you have a good out of state offer (if that is true) and see what you can work out. If you are in good standing they may be disposed to either transfer the supervision or let you just do it remotely depending on how much is left.

If you abscond, they're disinclined to give you (even with a lawyer) any breaks in the future.

Let's hope that "future good job" you plan on getting doesn't do any background checks. While most would forgive a DUI, they'd be a little reticent to hire fugitives.

man don't run and hide..

own up too what happened..

don;t make the same mistake twice and make a bigger mistake hiding...

it will all be over...

that's no way too live with the DUI hanging over your head..

some night you will be sitting in your home thinking of a time before this all happened and how you had nothing too worry about except living your life...

if you hide it will be over your head forever...

do the probation, these people are resonable.. and I am sure can work with you on a job oppertunites.. They don't want you to fail.
