YOU can't get her purse back...SHE has to. Tell her to get in the car, drive over to Family Counseling Center, Inc., take the elevator up to the Administration office and ask for her purse back. She should also tell them she will wait while it is located.

I have no idea what your talking about with the slander thing..."they used alot of slander towards her" ...huh?...

So they don't have it. Nothing you can do unless you can prove they have kidnapped it.

yes i think so.but i dont know were the copy is because shes in jail... if i find it what can i do?
You have no rights to the purse...only she does...if she is in jail you need to contact the Rehab and find out what they require in order to LEGALLY release the purse to you.

If they have lost the purse, than your gf can file a small claims suit to recover the contents.

Yes, the actual cash value of the contents - which is, what, $7.39?
Unless, of course, the wife-wB tended to keep artwork, electronics and appliances in her purse, which she could then sue for:rolleyes:

Well....I was thinking more along the lines of $3.68, $1.52 of that is in change at the bottom of her purse...you know...all mixed up with lint, loose tobacco and hair....but who knows...perhaps this drug addicted felon DOES have a I-pod and a $500.00 camera in her purse...Isn't that what EVERYONE takes with them to a lock down facility?? :p
