What is the name of your state?

florida
while out on leave of absense for the death of my son, i was terminated from my job. when i filed for unemployment they blocked my benifits by filing a report that i was terminated for drinking and doing drugs at work. this is a lie , i do not do drugs at all and was giving permission to have a end of shift drink ,along with the staff at this club, by one of the owners. they also insinuated that my actions contributed to my sons death.
none of this is true, do i have a slander case?

Since you need it spelled out in so many words:

No, you do not have a slander case.

You do not have a defamation case.

You do not have a libel case.

You do not have a case at all.

You can appeal the unemployment decision. That is ALL you can do based on what is in your post.
