I was divorced in MA - No Fault - Irreconciable Differences- 1/05, 24 year relationship.
During the last year she has made the following statements to almost everyone in my immediate family My Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Sons and Daughter. My daughter is not speaking with and refuses to listen to anything I say. My children are all adult age.
1.He has given me Herpes 2, and falsified a medical test.
2.He is having drug and sex parties at his Apartment with his son there.
3.He has had an affair with his cousin’s ex-wife and I have proof.
(1. The issue with herpes was dealt with during the divorce and found to unsubstantiated. I received a medical test, I have no sexually transmitted diseases. She has seen the test results and know that my tests have come back negative.
2. I do not do drug and my son lives with me and he at least know the truth.
3. She told my cousin this and opened old wounds with my cousin and his ex-wife. I never had affair with my cousin's ex-wife.)
I have a somewhat important job. She during the marriage did contact some of my subordinate workers about these allegations. I am exteremely frustrated and need legal help
I have tried to find attorney to handle this but have been unable to get one. I am not interested in monetary compensation. But just want this to stop.
