I have just come across a forum posting which is saying something which I find rather disturbing to say the least about myself as a person. I would like to know if this posting could be considered slanderous and/or defamatory, and if so, what action I might take to remedy this situation through appropriate legal channels internationally.

Whilst not directly a thread / post saying outright that I am an anti semeticist, the inferrence is most definitely there, especially given that in another post recently there were references made to Hitler about myself also.
Can anyone please help with this?

Also, I/We have been putting up with another poster on this same forum for a long time now who has been posting the most shocking and revolting material, including comments about sodomising children with a broom handle etc plus revolting images of a guy holding his posteriour apart with his hands with the words, Rape This ****!! This is the least of his comments which have been spanning the ex jehovahs witness forum boards now for about two years or so.
Threats have been made online to interfere also with other users of said forums, personal lives, including threats against children belonging to said users.
The poster in question is called Evil_Force - appropriately enough.
We are looking at hundreds of vile comments made by this individual towards other forum users including myself. It would take a book to fill out everything that he has posted online into this particular thread on this site.
Myself, I run a phpbb discussion board for exjw artists, the forum has been designed as a place of healing and recovery from cult mind abuses. I am also a social entrepreneur and work professionally with this organisation in London UK (CAN) Community Action Network - http://www.can-online.org.uk
Again, this user Evil_Force has made direct threats on JWO, to harrass and annoy not just my forum, but the users there. Here are his comments, which have been highlighted in bold, for clearer reading:

Is there any recourse for action I can take, for remedial action to be followed through, with respect to getting this troll major annoyance, to stop his childish antics which he freely admits to carrying out? Is there anything one can do to find the appropriate authorities, across international boundaries, that can actually put a complete stop to this revolting behaviour?
Looking forward to any advice proffered.
