What is the name of your state? North Carolina

Hello my name is Bonnie

Just recently I won an DMCA take down where the offending party was ordered to remove photos, graphics and written text and a photo of me from her web site. She did remove my copyrighted material.

She has since put up a slanderous page about me, using my name on her web site.

Since it is no longer a DMCA issue how do I pursue the slanderous statement on her web site?

Bonnie

don't you think telling us what this "slanderous" post was would go a long way in giving you the correct legal advice?

Well.. You gave us your "Real" name supposedly..Why can't you provide more details so forum members could comment??
