I have recently applied for a job at a local bank. I have good references and the proper qualifications including a college degree. I have been told by the President of the bank that I will be hired as soon as a new bank is opened which will be by Thanksgiving. I discovered that the sister of the bank President went to him and dared him to hire me because I had dated her son-in-law years ago when we were in high school (he was not her son-in-law at the time). I haven't seen or heard from him in years and have no desire to. She told the President of the bank that she would withdraw her money if he hired me. Do I have any rights or can she continue to do this to anyone she doesn't like? She is constantly interferring in someone else's life simply because she doesn't like that person?
