What is considered acceptable proof? Must one have a witness? Written proof? Can you suit based on assumption that the defendent slandered you? Must one have accurate quotes?

Must one have accurate quotes
?

No inaccurate quotes work well, just prove you were playing the sleepover game: "telephone " when it happened.

Um, I guess we are playing " Lets Be Vague!" I love that show, everybody wears beige. Is so much fun. I think the grand prize is Spam or something that passes as meat. Who is the host? I am sure I remember him? um... whats his name, you know that guy?
