What is the name of your state? Maryland

I was involved in a car accident, and the other driver told my insurance company ( they told me this) that he was not filing a claim because " she threatened me and I dont want to have to worry about someone showing up at my house with a tire iron."
I did not speak to this person other than to look at the damage and asked him where he came from so fast that he hit me...the police came and we gave our reports and that was it. I stayed in the car with my daughter who was with me.

I hope he did not make the usual stereotype and say that because I have an Italian last name! I am upset that he would say such a thing..I am only 5'2 and had my pregnant daughter in the car with me.

He has changed his mind and now he is filing a claim
