I was working for a Dr. for 7 weeks and quit immediatley when I came to an educated conclusion that the Dr. has a severe cocain addiction. He needs to be stopped before he hurts somebody. I am having issues getting my due pay and am considering taking him to court for it. I am uncertain what to do because I wish to make a formal complaint to the Board of Medicine to have his license revoked after an investigation. I do not wish to be sued for slander, however I'd swear in a court of law that he is a cocain addict. I do not wish to be considered a disgruntled employee, because I am not. What 'burden of proof' do I need to avoid any trouble?
