i recently had a coworker who does not like me go to a manager and accuse me, off the record, of sexually harrassment. is this considered slander?

BUT, a report of sexual harassment that is made in good faith has a great deal of protection. The burden of proof would be on you to show not only that it was not true, but that she knew that it was not true. Not that she honestly believed what she was saying, not that she misunderstood something, not that she jumped to conclusions based on insufficient evidence, but that she knowingly and deliberately lied about it.
