What is the name of your state? TN
Is is slander or defamation to forward information about someone else that is found on the internet? A "personal" ad of a gay friend was sent to several people that didn't know that he was gay. Can he sue for slander or since he made this information public on the internet is he just SOL?

Nor would it be slander in any case, since it is true.

Slander means FALSE report.
