My ex-wife is spreading a malicious lie about me molesting my daughter when she was a toddler. She claims to have a medical report that says my daughter was violated, but will not give me the doctors name or any other information. This is a heinous lie, but she keeps telling others I did it. Do I have a case for slander?

Yes, if what she is saying is not true, you could sue her for slander.
