I would like to know if i would have a case against someone who has said they have gotten into goverment files about me. Not only are these statements that this person is saying untrue, how could this person get into files that are goverment property and confidential? What about privacy act? I have serveral people who are willing to state the acusations he is claiming. I just want to put this person in his place. If I was to take this to an attorney would I have a case?
