Slander

Is it slander if a person tells you something, then you tell other people what that person told?? Then that person says it isnt true and will charge you with slander. Will that hold up in a court?

Depends on what kind of support you are wearing on the day..

You are more likely to be sued for wasting the courts time and then charged for the electricity in lighting up the room...
