a recent vendor whom knew I had some issue's with another vendor had his attorny call me and his attorny asked me to write out a statement to some events that happened that I personally saw. He threatened me with a supenea if I didn't. So I did and in this statement the only thing I said was how I had lost respect for the gentlemen when he tried to steal my customer. Now the gentlemen is saying he is going to sue my company for slander because I wrote it on a company fax letterhead. Can he do this? and Can I get fired for this. I am the manager of my site and very nervous. I didn't know I was doing anything wrong.. please help.
